TRAINING

Staying fit and staying healthy are the two key components for runners to be able to sustain themselves throughout the training process and prepare for upcoming races. To help participants prepare for the Memorial Day Marathon Races, we have partnered with Joy Bauer of The Today Show on NBC as our Official Nutrition Partner and The Running Center of the Berkshires as our Official Training Partner.
